Look beyond the photograph of the facilities
Walk through how guests reach the restrooms, including privacy, lighting, washing and accessible movement. Compare existing venue bathrooms with the whole celebration timetable. Review trailer or upgraded-cabin features only after confirming the property can accommodate the proposed equipment.
Put confirmed details in the coordinator’s plan
Include the actual model, connections, placement and receiving contact. Check the supplier windows and the person responsible after pack-down. Discuss changes with the rental business before assuming an extra event day or different position is covered by the original booking.
Guest routes and venue-ready amenities
Review installation with the venue
A discreet position still needs a usable approach and enough space for doors, steps or an appropriate accessible entry. Confirm any trailer connections for the proposed model. Discuss setup alongside catering, tent and furniture deliveries. Ask before adding screens, flowers or lighting around rental equipment.
Can decoration remain separate from the working equipment?
Discuss screening or nearby decoration with the venue and supplier before it is installed. Preserve the entry, door opening and any required service access. Give the coordinator the final arrangement and a supplier contact; a decorative choice should not leave them improvising around a connection, step or access need.
