Establish who approves each temporary position
A Parkland owner, contractor and event organiser may have different responsibilities. Ask who controls the placement area before requesting fencing, containers or sanitation. Bring their approval and supplier access questions into the same discussion. Review the combined layout and the intended rental period, then record who handles changes, servicing and final pickup for each equipment category in the accepted plan.
