Mark the approved receiving approach
Identify the entrance, contact and any times when access is occupied. Show the proposed facility position outside essential vehicle movements. Ask for a supplier assessment of the actual model and approach rather than assuming cabin dimensions prove that delivery is possible.
Review the same route for later visits
Keep service and collection access available as work develops. Explain shifts, permanent bathroom access and washing needs in the request. If the ordering person is elsewhere, give the site supervisor the accepted details and authority to report an access concern.
Can ordinary deliveries continue while the equipment is serviced?
Tell the rental provider about the active delivery periods and the approved approach. Have the property contact review the proposed visit arrangement. Where two activities would conflict, agree coordination in advance rather than expecting either driver to discover a workable alternative on arrival.
